A deposit of 100% of the total rental cost is required as a prepayment, to secure your booking, and must be received via direct secure credit card online payments through our online booking system or a bank transfer for email reservations before a confirmation can be given.
Guests aren’t required to pay a damage deposit but they will be requested to pay if damage has been caused. Please note, the apartments lay on the 4th and 5th floor and there is no elevator only stairs, just like all the apartments in old Corfu town. Thus booking for elder people or people that face any disabilities is not suggested.
You may cancel your booking at any time by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You shall receive the appropriate amount of refund, regardless of your reason(s) of canceling, depending on the date of your cancellation.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written email notification.
Should your booking cancellation occur at least 15 days before your expected arrival date, you shall receive back 100% of your down payment minus bank transfer expenses.
Should your booking cancellation occur within 14 days before expected arrival date, no refund will be paid.
The required time to complete the transfer of any applicable down payment refund may vary depending on your bank.
For this purpose, please send us an email with the following information. Name, Surname, ΙΒΑΝ, Swift Code / BIC, Name of Villa, Dates of Reservation, The Reason of Cancelation (optional).
In the case of non-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Check in time: 14:00 (is always available at any time of the day using the key lock next to the door, whithout host presence. In case of late check in we ask our guest to be quiet with suitcases to respect sleep of neighbourhood).
Smoking is not allowed. There are smoking sensors in the apartments.
